Good questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Saji is a web app — it runs in your browser on a laptop, tablet or phone at appsaji.haramaintour.com. Nothing to download or update, and your scheduled posts go out even when your browser is closed.
How do I pay?
With QRIS (scan from any bank or e-wallet app) or a bank virtual account. Payments are processed by iPaymu, a licensed Indonesian payment gateway. Prices are in Rupiah with no PPN added. There is no card on file and no automatic debit — you pay each period yourself.
What is your refund policy?
Your first purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if Saji isn't right for you, contact [email protected] within 7 days of paying and we'll refund it. After that, payments are not refundable — but you can simply stop renewing.
What happens at the end of a period?
We remind you before your period ends so you can renew in one step. If you don't renew, your plan stays active until the last day of the period (plus a short grace period), then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your accounts, posts and media stay. Accounts above the Free limit are paused and you choose which ones keep publishing. Renew later and everything is restored without reconnecting.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and the unused days of your current plan are credited, so you only pay the difference. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
What counts as a social account?
Each connected profile, page or channel counts once — for example one Instagram account and one Facebook Page are two accounts. Reconnecting an account you already have never counts twice.
Does Saji see my social media passwords?
No. You log in on each platform's official page (OAuth). Saji only receives an access token, which is stored encrypted and can be revoked from the platform at any time.
